\nCor rubi intenso, impenetr\u00e1vel, com reflexos p\u00farpuras bem brilhantes, finas e lentas l\u00e1grimas. Aroma intenso de cereja, ameixa preta, framboesa, pimenta negra, defumado, aceto bals\u00e2mico, chocolate amargo com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca uma bela acidez, com \u00e1lcool bem integrado, em um vinho encorpado, com longo final de cereja, framboesa e chocolate amargo. Conseguiu combinar bem tanto com o fondue de carnes, melhor com contrafil\u00e9, fil\u00e9 mignon, salsicha tipo cervela e lingui\u00e7a artesanal, menos com o frango, br\u00f3colis e cenoura grelhados, muito bem com os molhos de mostarda, chimichurri, queijo, vinagrete e com o fondue de queijo. Combinou bem com o servi\u00e7o e os pratos do restaurante La Collina em Campos do Jord\u00e3o. Ajudou a idade do vinho domando os taninos. Gostei<\/p>\n
