\nVinho de cor rubi mais intenso, impenetr\u00e1vel,\u00a0com reflexos cor de morango, bem brilhantes, com discret\u00edssimo halo de matura\u00e7\u00e3o aloirado de 0,1 cm, finas e lentas l\u00e1grimas. Aroma muito intenso de hortel\u00e3, aceto bals\u00e2mico, muita fruta com amora, ameixa preta, cereja, caf\u00e9, chocolate amargo, algo mineral com tinta nanquim, couro, com maior riqueza de detalhes bem persistente. Na boca um vinho encorpado, seco, menos adocicado que o segundo vinho,\u00a0mas leve, refrescante, levemente mineral, bem agrad\u00e1vel, com maravilhosa acidez. \u00c1lcool bem integrado, com taninos potentes, marcantes, ainda n\u00e3o domados e final bem agrad\u00e1vel de cereja, amora, ameixa preta, caf\u00e9 e chocolate bem persistente. Todos os vinhos melhoraram muito a parte gustativa\u00a0 com o bife borgonh\u00eas.<\/p>\n
