Aroma intenso de cereja, amora, ameixa preta, cravo, chocolate amargo, caf\u00e9, caramelo, couro, pimenta negra, alca\u00e7uz com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca mais uma bela harmonia, maravilhosa acidez, taninos potentes, femininos, mas domados. Encorpado, com \u00e1lcool impercept\u00edvel, longo final de caf\u00e9, chocolate, amora e cereja. Tamb\u00e9m acompanhou muito bem a calabresa com cebolas no aperitivo da feijoada da minha turma de Medicina, a XVII de Botucatu.
