Aroma intenso de p\u00e3o de mel, limonada, abacaxi, ma\u00e7\u00e3 verde, cogumelos, algo floral jasmim, nozes, avel\u00e3s bem persistente. Na boca um vinho seco, encorpado, mais delicado, feminino, refrescante, com maravilhosa acidez, \u00e1lcool bem integrado e um longo final bem persistente de limonada, abacaxi, ma\u00e7\u00e3 verde&#8230; O melhor vinho para mim da degusta\u00e7\u00e3o da SOEDBB de espumantes nacionais, foi muito bem com as ostras gratinadas, entradas e o espaguete ao vongole.
