Aroma intenso de cereja, ameixa, framboesa, morango, algo floral com jasmim, violetas, chocolate, caf\u00e9, alca\u00e7uz, marzip\u00e3, bala tofee, menta bem persisetente e muito interesante nos detalhes. Na boca um vinho muito encorpado, agradavelmente seco, com madeira muito bem integrada, maravilhosa acidez, \u00e1lcool muito bem integrado, impercept\u00edvel. Um vinho masculino, com taninos potentes, marcantes, domados. Um longo final de inicio com muita fruta, cereja, morango, amora e framboesa, seguidos por chocolate e caf\u00e9, muito persistente. Mais um vinho super interessante que ficou maravilhoso acompanhando o prato principal do restaurante da Bodega Bouza, um maravilhoso Baby Beef.
