Aroma de m\u00e9dia intensidade de frutas vermelhas, com morango, cereja, groselha, framboesa, caf\u00e9, chocolate amargo, algo mineral, com pedra molhada, giz, em um vinho potente, com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Um vinho encorpado, um pinot diferente mais potente, mas bem agrad\u00e1vel na boca, equilibrado, com bela acidez. Os taninos s\u00e3o femininos, delicados, mas muito potentes, com \u00e1lcool impercept\u00edvel e um longo final de boca, com muita fruta, morango, cereja, framboesa, groselha, chocolate amargo e caf\u00e9. Um pinot noir bem diferente com 15% de \u00e1lcool e um tanino mais evidente pelo m\u00e9todo de vinifica\u00e7\u00e3o com cachos inteiros de uvas e uma parte do vinho envelhece em barricas e outra em inox. Foi o vinho do almo\u00e7o de anivers\u00e1rio da Cec\u00edlia, feijoada na casa da Dona Enny, com a fam\u00edlia reunida e presen\u00e7a da Ligia e do Gui. Foi muito bem com a calabresa, torresmo e feijoada.
