Aroma intenso com ataque inicial de chocolate amargo, algo tostado, com couro, charuto, seguido de muita fruta com amora, cereja, ameixa preta, mirtilo, terra molhada, segurelha, cravo, violeta, pimenta negra, alca\u00e7uz e caf\u00e9 bem persistente. Na boca um vinho bem encorpado, seco, com muita fruta e bela acidez, \u00e1lcool bem integrado, com taninos redondos, femininos, ainda n\u00e3o domados. Potente, com longo final de chocolate amargo, framboesa, cereja, amora, ameixa e caf\u00e9. Bem agrad\u00e1vel, acompanhou bem os pratos da cena de 14 passos no restaurante da vin\u00edcola El Enemigo do chefe Santiago Maestri: harmonizou muito bem com a Molleja com Humita e depois foi bem tamb\u00e9m com o Noqui de Panceta, e o Lomo com Cebolla e Ajo Negro. Este foi mais um dos belos vinhos da refei\u00e7\u00e3o, que melhoraram ainda mais com a companhia da Cissa, gostei&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
