\nVinho rubi intensa, impenetr\u00e1vel, com reflexos de cor p\u00farpuras, bem brilhantes, finas e lentas l\u00e1grimas. Aroma intenso de chocolate amargo, caf\u00e9, fumo de cachimbo, ameixa, amora, mirtilo, cereja, no ataque inicial, seguidas de azeitona preta, cogumelos, terra molhada, pimenta rosa, bem persistente, mas com menos detalhes. Na boca um outro vinho muito agrad\u00e1vel, bem encorpado, com maravilhosa acidez, \u00e1lcool muito bem integrado, impercept\u00edvel. Com taninos potentes, m\u00e1sculos, domados e com longo final de ameixa preta, mirtilo, amora, cereja e caf\u00e9. Muito agrad\u00e1vel, acompanhou muito bem os pratos da cena de 14 passos no restaurante da vin\u00edcola El Enemigo do chefe Santiago Maestri: harmonizou muito bem com o Lomo com Cebolla e Ajo Negro, Chivo com Boniato e o Cordero com Beteraba. Este foi mais um dos belos vinhos da refei\u00e7\u00e3o, que melhoraram ainda mais com a companhia da Cissa, gostei…<\/p>\n
