\nVinho de cor rubi mais intenso, com reflexos cor de morango aloirado, bem brilhantes, finas e lentas l\u00e1grimas. Aroma intenso de amora, framboesa, morango, cereja, algo herb\u00e1ceo tomilho, couro, com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca um vinho encorpado, seco, mais adocicado que o segundo vinho, mas agrad\u00e1vel, com bela acidez. \u00c1lcool bem integrado, com leve amargor, taninos domados, femininos e final agrad\u00e1vel de framboesa, amora, ameixa, com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Todos os vinhos melhoraram muito a parte gustativa com o croque monsieur e o Haddock a manteiga com am\u00eandoas e Ovos Poches.<\/p>\n
