Na boca um vinho bem encorpado, seco, intenso, muito bem equilibrado, com maravilhosa acidez, \u00e1lcool bem integrado e um longo final de amora, ameixa preta, cereja, groselha, pimenta, chocolate e caf\u00e9.\u00a0 Um vinho muito agrad\u00e1vel, acompanhou bem as frutas secas, queijos e torradas da degusta\u00e7\u00e3o harmonizada na Cantina Michelini i Mufatto.
