Aroma muito intenso de Lim\u00e3o Siciliano, Lima da P\u00e9rsia, laranja lima, tangerina, mexerica, ma\u00e7\u00e3 verde, abacaxi, notas minerais com giz de cera, giz, pedra molhada, notas florais discretas de ch\u00e1 de camomila e alfazema, algum tempero, hortel\u00e3, menta, bem persistente, potente e bem rico em detalhes. Na boca um vinho marcante, muito agrad\u00e1vel, refrescante, mineral, salino, mas delicado, feminino, com maravilhosa acidez. Encorpado, algo seco, salino, com \u00e1lcool muito bem integrado. Um longo final ligeiramente mineral, mas bem frutado, com Lima da P\u00e9rsia, Lim\u00e3o Siciliano, laranjada, limonada, ma\u00e7\u00e3 verde e suco de abacaxi. Outro vinho diferente, muito agrad\u00e1vel, acompanhou bem a as favas e o p\u00e3o com os azeites Genovesa e Coratina da pr\u00f3pria Zuccardi na degusta\u00e7\u00e3o de 4 passos do restaurante Piedra Infinita Cocina na vin\u00edcola Zuccardi Piedra Infinita em La Consulta no Vale do Uco. A companhia da Cissa e a linda paisagem, atendimento do pessoal da vin\u00edcola melhoraram ainda mais este belo vinho.
