Aroma intenso de cereja, ameixa, mirtilo, amora, groselha, framboesa, morango, chocolate amargo, caf\u00e9, pimenta rosa, menta, hortel\u00e3, cogumelos, fumo de cachimbo, couro, violetas, com bela riqueza arom\u00e1tica e bem persistente. Na boca um vinho seco, bem encorpado, equilibrado, com bela acidez, \u00e1lcool muito bem integrado, impercept\u00edvel. Com taninos potentes, m\u00e1sculos, mas doces, j\u00e1 domados em perfeita harmonia com um longo final de caf\u00e9, chocolate amargo, morango, ameixa, amora e cereja. Muito persistente na boca, bem agrad\u00e1vel. Acompanhou muito bem os antepastos as massas e o carneiro na Festiva de Natal da confraria SOEDBB.
