Aroma intenso de cereja, morango, framboesa, madeira, favas de baunilha, couro molhado, cogumelos, aceto bals\u00e2mico, alca\u00e7uz, pimenta rosa, tinta de caneta tinteiro, fumo de cachimbo, caf\u00e9 e chocolate negro, com bela riqueza de detalhes e persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca um vinho encorpado, mas bem redondo e equilibrado, com taninos femininos, doces, \u00e1lcool bem integrado e maravilhosa acidez. Com longo final de cereja, morango, framboesa, chocolate amargo e caf\u00e9. Servido para acompanhar o churrasco na \u00a0casa do Katashi e Marina em Brotas, come\u00e7ou a acompanhar as carnes ao ponto menos servidas brilhantemente pelo Katachi no encontro de parte da XVII turma de Medicina da Unesp. A presen\u00e7a dos amigos e da Cissa melhoraram muito este vinho.
