Aroma intenso com ataque inicial de mentol, hortel\u00e3, menta, aceto bals\u00e2mico, alca\u00e7uz, pimenta malagueta, seguido de muita fruta com cereja, amora, ameixa preta, groselha, mirtilo cravo, violeta, chocolate amargo, caf\u00e9, caramelo, couro, grafite, giz de cera, com bela riqueza de detalhes, mas persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca mais uma bela harmonia, maravilhosa acidez, taninos potentes, femininos, mas ainda n\u00e3o domados. Encorpado, com \u00e1lcool impercept\u00edvel, em um vinho equilibrado com uma bela harmonia e um longo final de pimenta malagueta, menta, amora, ameixa preta, cereja, chocolate amargo e caf\u00e9. Foi o quarto vinho na harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o da Vin\u00edcola Guaspari. O <span class=\"fullText \"> Menu Guaspari com almo\u00e7o harmonizado de 5 passos. O quarto prato foi uma bisteca fiorentina com vegetais em molho demi-glac\u00ea acompanhado pelo Guaspari Vin\u00edcola Guaspari Vista da Mata um blend de Cabernet Franc e Cabernet Sauvignon 2019. Adoro este vinho. Ele a<\/span>companhou muito bem a bisteca. Melhorou muito, principalmente pela companhia da Cissa, nossas esposas e queridos confrades da SOEDBB. Comprei este vinho mais uma vez.
