Aroma intenso inicial de menta, hortel\u00e3, cedro, aceto bals\u00e2mico, alca\u00e7uz, pimenta preta, seguido de muita fruta com ameixa preta, cereja, amora, groselha, mirtilo, framboesa, cravo, resina de dentista, violeta, hibisco, chocolate amargo, caf\u00e9, bala de caramelo, couro molhado, grafite, giz, com bela riqueza de detalhes e persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca um vinho equilibrado em bela harmonia, com maravilhosa acidez, taninos potentes, femininos, mas ainda n\u00e3o domados. Encorpado, com \u00e1lcool impercept\u00edvel, em um vinho potente com um longo final de pimenta preta, menta, hortel\u00e3, ameixa preta, cereja, groselha, amora, chocolate amargo e caf\u00e9. Tinha comprado este vinho para envelhecer mas com o churrasco de anivers\u00e1rio do meu sobrinho Lucas e almo\u00e7o no Celeiro de Comemora\u00e7\u00e3o acabei n\u00e3o deixando ele envelhecer. Este<span class=\"fullText \"> blend de Cabernet Franc e Cabernet Sauvignon em sistema de dupla poda e colheita de inverno \u00e9 muito interessante. Adoro este vinho. Ele a<\/span>companhou muito bem a fraldinha e outros cortes.
