Aroma de m\u00e9dia intensidade de ameixa preta, amora, groselha, cereja, framboesa, caf\u00e9, baunilha, chocolate, piment\u00e3o com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca um vinho seco, com taninos doces, femininos, discretos, com bela acidez. Um vinho de corpo m\u00e9dio, redondo, com final m\u00e9dio de ameixa preta, cereja, chocolate e caf\u00e9. Acompanhou os agnelottis de presunto crudo e tomate seco e de brie com damasco. Os molhos pesto com tomate seco e molho branco com brie gratinado ajudaram o vinho.
