\nVinho de cor rubi intenso, impenetr\u00e1vel, reflexos gren\u00e1s, bem brilhante, com finas e lentas lagrimas. Aroma de m\u00e9dia intensidade de frutas vermelhas com cereja, ameixa, framboesa, algo mineral, giz de cera, pedra molhada, especiarias, com alca\u00e7uz, pimenta negra, chocolate amargo e caf\u00e9 com boa riqueza de detalhes, mas persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca um vinho de corpo m\u00e9dio, com bela acidez, taninos domados, doces, \u00e1lcool bem integrado. Um vinho bem agrad\u00e1vel, com longo final de caf\u00e9, chocolate amargo, cereja, ameixa e framboesa. Ele acompanhou bem com o Croqueta de Jamon e o prato principal Bacalhau a Moda do Chefe do restaurante Santcho Gastronomia Ib\u00e9rica em Botucatu. A companhia da Cissa, Luiz Carlos e Dalvinha melhoraram ainda mais este belo vinho. Embora eu tenha gostado mais do rosado espanhol acompanhando o Bacalhau, por ser mais refrescante.<\/p>\n
