Aroma de m\u00e9dia intensidade de laranja Lima, laranjada, amora, cereja, groselha, damasco, peras, ma\u00e7\u00e3 verde, com algo floral de violetas, com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca um vinho bem seco, leve, com bela acidez, refrescante, bem agrad\u00e1vel. \u00c1lcool impercept\u00edvel, de corpo m\u00e9dio, com longo final de fruta, com laranjada, amora, cereja, damasco e ma\u00e7\u00e3 verde, com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia na boca. Foi o vinho que acompanhou desde a entrada \u00e0s massas do almo\u00e7o no restaurante 9Due8 em Botucatu. A entrada foi carpaccio de Waggiu, folhas de r\u00facula, lascas de parmes\u00e3o, maionese de mostarda e tomatinhos confit. Escolhemos um Gnocchi Recheado &#8211; um nhoque de batata, mozarela de b\u00fafala na fonduta de parmes\u00e3o, com figo brule\u00e9 e fatias de prosciutto e a Taglioline ao Pesto de Manjeric\u00e3o e Straciatella com Am\u00eandoas laminadas.
