\nVinho de cor rubi bem intenso, impenetr\u00e1vel, com reflexos gren\u00e1s bem brilhantes, finas e lentas l\u00e1grimas. Aroma intenso de\u00a0 amora, ameixa preta, mirtilo, cereja, morango, framboesa, favas de baunilha, cedro, hortel\u00e3, pimenta rosa, violeta, couro molhado, alca\u00e7uz, chocolate amargo, caf\u00e9, com bela riqueza de detalhes, mas persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca um vinho seco, encorpado, equilibrado, com bela acidez, \u00e1lcool impercept\u00edvel, taninos potentes, mas femininos, doces, com longo final de amora, ameixa preta, cereja, morango, framboesa, pimenta rosa, chocolate amargo e caf\u00e9. Combinou bem com a pizza do m\u00eas da Forneria Pizza 1846, com molho de tomate, guanciale, queijo, tomate seco, r\u00faculas, molho de mel com gr\u00e3os de mostarda.
