\nVinho de cor rubi em clarete, com reflexos purpuras, bem brilhantes, finas e lentas l\u00e1grimas. Aroma de m\u00e9dia intensidade, com cereja, ameixa, framboesa, morango, couro, violeta e caf\u00e9, com persist\u00eancia m\u00e9dia. Na boca um vinho agrad\u00e1vel, seco, com bela acidez, \u00e1lcool bem integrado. Um vinho de corpo m\u00e9dio, com taninos doces, femininos. Com longo final de cereja, ameixa, morango, framboesa e caf\u00e9. Um vinho bem leve e agrad\u00e1vel acompanhou bem o bife Ancho, lingui\u00e7a de lombo, chimichurri e p\u00e3o franc\u00eas com gergelim na primeira reuni\u00e3o da SOEDBB deste ano. \u00c9 um vinho branco realizado com uvas tintas. A vindima \u00e9 totalmente manual, exigindo o uso de escadas para a colheita dos cachos no alto das \u00e1rvores. Interessante estas uvas centen\u00e1rias, que t\u00eam entre 100 e 200 anos da \u00e9poca dos freis e como curiosidade elas crescem enroladas em \u00e1rvores molle e cha\u00f1ar que medem mais de tr\u00eas metros em meio a uma floresta, intacta \u00e0 praga filoxera. Em \u00e9poca de colheita, as inunda\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o chegam a cobrir as uvas. A companhia dos confrades melhorou muito este belo vinho…<\/p>\n
