Aroma mineral de pedra de isqueiro, gazolina, algo de lima, pessego, maracuja, jasmim. Na boca sedoso, com bela acidez, leve amargor bem agradavel. Sua do\u00e7ura casou muito bem com queijo holandez tipo Rembrand, Old Dutch, Prima Dona.
