Rubi intenso com reflexos brilhantes cor de morango e finas e lentas pernas. Aroma de média intensidade de ameixa, amora, morango, pimenta negra, menta, alcaçuz, baunilha, chocolate e café com persistência média. Na boca um vinho de corpo médio, redondo, com uma leve doçura bem integrada, taninos femininos, doces. Bela acidez, álcool bem integrado e longo final de amora, morango e café. Acompanhou muito bem tanto o macarrão Rana Ravioli Trufa Branca, Cogumelos e Queijo com molho branco com bacon, milho Bonduelle e queijo Gorgonzola, tanto os diversos cortes de carnes e linguiças, pão de alho provolone defumado grelhados pelo Gui.
