Vinho de cor violeta em clarete intenso, quase um rubi, com reflexos cor grenás, bem brilhantes, finas e lentas lágrimas. Aroma de média intensidade de morango, cereja, framboesa, amora, ameixa preta, mirtilo, favas de baunilha, cravo, pimenta rosa, eucalipto, menta, com bela riqueza de detalhes, mas persistência média. Na boca um vinho de corpo médio, seco, leve e fresco, bem equilibrado, com bela acidez. Álcool muito bem integrado, com taninos domados, femininos e longo final de morango, cereja, framboesa, amora, ameixa preta, pimenta rosa, com persistência média. Foi o terceiro vinho do jantar e ceia de passagem de Ano Novo na Casa do Vantuir e da Chris Copaiba. Acompanhou bem os pratos árabes com coalhada seca, homus, babaganouch, falafel, kibe cru e frito, esfihas, tabule, arroz com lentilha e charuto de folha de uva. A presença da Cissa, seu filhos Du e a família do Vantuir melhorou muito este belo vinho. Gostei…
