Vinho de cor grená em clarete, com reflexos purpuras para rosas, bem brilhantes, finas e lentas lágrimas. Aroma com média intensidade de cereja, amora, ameixa preta, framboesa, morango, groselha, violetas, chocolate amargo, café, baunilha, alcaçuz, com persistência média. Na boca um vinho de corpo médio, agradável. Algo, doce, bela acidez, álcool perfeitamente integrado, imperceptível. Um vinho feminino, equilibrado, com taninos femininos, doces, mas longos e persistentes, ainda não domados. Um longo final bem harmônico, com muita fruta, ameixa, cereja, morango, amora e framboesa e café, muito persistente. Muito bem harmonizado com o ravioli de vitela com amêndoas em molho rose da reunião da Confraria SOEDBB.
