Comments:
Vinho de cor rubi intensa, impenetrável, com reflexos cor rubi, bem brilhantes, finas e lentas lágrimas. Aroma intenso de ameixa, amora, mirtilo, cereja, chocolate amargo, café, baunilha, couro, pimenta rosa, com persistência média. Na boca um vinho de encorpado, seco e com madeira bem integrada, com bela acidez, álcool muito bem integrado, imperceptível. Um vinho potente, masculino, com taninos marcantes, domados, longo final de café, ameixa, amora e cereja. Ao mesmo tempo seco e refrescante, muito agradável. Acompanhou muito bem as pizzas do restaurante Forneria Pizza 1846 de rúcula com tomate seco e de rúcula com nozes. Gostei, a presença da Cissa melhorou muito este belo vinho.
