Vinho de cor amarelo palha, com reflexos dourados bem brilhantes, finas e lentas lágrimas. Aroma de média intensidade cítrico, com ataque inicial de limão galego, limonada, maçã verde, pera, lichia, algo floral, jasmim e persistência média. Na boca um vinho de corpo médio, algo seco, mas bem refrescante, bem agradável, com bela acidez. Álcool muito bem integrado, imperceptível, melhor de boca do que de nariz, com final bem persistente e bem gostoso de limonada, maçã verde, pera, seca e um leve amargor bem agradável, gostei muito deste Sauvignon Blanc Mais um bom vinho da minha terra, este melhor e mais barato, também utilizando o sistema de dupla poda para fazer vinho de inverno e com a mesma técnica usada nos vinhos da Serra da Mantiqueira que vieram antes.
