Vinho de cor rubi intenso, impenetrável, com reflexos cor violeta, bem brilhantes, com finíssimas e persistentes lágrimas. Aroma de grande intensidade com camadas de frutas com morango, ameixa vermelha, framboesa, cereja, mirtilo, amora, groselha preta, pimenta rosa, menta, hortelã, violeta, couro molhado, favas de baunilha, café, chocolate amargo, fumo de cachimbo, fina mineral com sal, pedra de isqueiro, grafite, giz, bem persistente e com uma maravilhosa riqueza de detalhes, bem exuberante e super potente. Na boca um vinho muito encorpado, super equilibrado, refrescante, com grande harmonia, mas bem seco, continua crocante, tenso, com maravilhosa acidez em uma harmonia entre as camadas de frutas, frescor e tons minerais. Com álcool muito bem integrado, taninos másculos, potentes, ainda não domados, mas já doces. Um longo final de framboesa, morango, ameixa vermelha, amora, cereja, baunilha, chocolate amargo e café, com um leve sabor salgado no retro gosto. Mais um vinho maravilhoso e que adorei na refeição no restaurante Piedra Infinita Cocina na vinícola Zuccardi Piedra Infinita em La Consulta no Vale do Uco. Para mim tinha sido o melhor vinho da degustação na Zuccardi. Comprei um para guardar na minha adega. Levei no churrasco na casa do Sensei Bruno. Acompanhou muito bem os cortes do chorizo, ancho, miolo da alcatra. Maravilhosas carnes da Casa de Carnes Cortez. A presença da Cissa, nossos amigos e esposas melhoraram ainda mais este maravilhoso vinho.
