Vinho de cor rubi intenso, impenetrável, com reflexos violetas, bem brilhantes, com finas e persistentes lágrimas. Aroma bem intenso de amora, cereja, ameixa preta, groselha, morango, cramberry, framboesa, violeta, cravo, café, fava de baunilha, chocolate amargo, pimenta preta, alcaçuz, pedra molhada, giz, salame, couro molhado, fumo de cachimbo, bem rico em detalhes e bem persistente. Na boca um vinho encorpado, seco, cortante, mas equilibrado, com muita fruta. Uma maravilhosa acidez, álcool muito bem integrado, taninos másculos, potentes, mas já domados e com longo final de amora, cereja, ameixa, mirtilo, framboesa, chocolate e café. Continua muito bom e acompanhou muito bem as massas do restaurante Bella Cuesta em Botucatu. Foi bem com o mix de brusquetas, mas apesar do camarão, acompanhou bem o Linguine talvez por conta do alho e melhor ainda com o Polpetone recheado de Fonduta e tomate seco ao molho ao sugo. A presença da Cissa melhorou muito este belo vinho. O preço deste vinho no restaurante estava muito bom…
