Vinho de cor rubi médio, com reflexos violetas bem brilhantes, finas e lentas lágrimas. Aroma de média intensidade de amora, ameixa preta, cereja, morango, cedro, hortelã, pimenta rosa, alcaçuz, chocolate amargo, café, com persistência média. Na boca um vinho seco, de corpo médio, equilibrado, com bela acidez, álcool imperceptível, taninos femininos, doces, com longo final de amora, ameixa preta, cereja, morango, pimenta rosa, chocolate amargo e café. Combinou bem com o Queijo Quente, um queijo Benzinho de Bofete envolto em Speck uma forma de presunto crudo italiano ao forno, com folhas de rúcula, geleias, mel, presunto crudo e laminas de amêndoas. Escolhemos um Ravioli de Zuca con Amaretti, recheado com abóbora cabotiã e amaretti, salteado na manteiga, sálvia e lascas de amêndoas tostada e o Agnolotti del Plin recheado com carnes assadas e embutidos com o molho doas assados em Demi Glace. A presença da Cissa melhorou ainda mais este belo vinho.
